 LOOKING AHEAD IN…ADULT SEMINARS

Each Sunday morning from 9:30 – 10:15 adults gather in the church house to explore a variety of topics related to our faith. This is a time for interaction and discussion as we share our faith journeys. Child care is available, and coffee and bagels are served. Come join us. 

May 20 – What Is the Christian Faith? In this study we will utilize Marcus Borg’s book The Heart of Christianity as we ask whether Christian faith requires a particular way to read scriptures, a specific set of doctrines or simply a way of life. Rev. Lindner will facilitate the discussion. 

SUMMER SESSION ADULT SEMINAR – Not a morning person? You sing in the choir or teach Sunday school so can’t get to the Adult Seminars Sunday mornings? With you in mind we scheduled a “Summer Session” Wednesdays in June 6, 13, 20 and 27, 7:00 – 8:15 p.m. in the Church House. This four week course will consider the Heart of Christianity and its meaning for our lives utilizing the writings of Marcus Borg.   Rev. Lindner will lead the course.
